Senior Accountant
Embark on a transformative career with Intwo, a global Azure Expert MSP organization, as a Senior Accountant. Intwo San Juan has an immediate full-time opening for this role. Our Senior Accountant is responsible for assisting the Finance & Administration Director in day-to-day accounting duties, both remotely and on site. This position requires excellent communication skills.

Check, review and reconcile all vendors invoices and vendor statements of accounts; negotiate extended payment terms as may be required; maintain related payment documentation; process vendor and contractor payments via ACH/wire transfer.
Prepare analysis of general ledger accounts and monthly journal entries, monthly bank reconciliation reports, monthly corporate credit card reconciliations and record payments and electronic bank deposits.
Process monthly cost/expense journal entries as may be required.
Annual 480.6 Informative Returns processing.
Process tax deposits for corporate annual tax returns.
SURI - monthly Declaration of Imports return filing and deposit payments; Sales & Use Tax Return deposits, return filing and payments; Professional Services Rendered Withholding deposits and quarterly return filings.
Prepare and file municipal sales tax return on a monthly basis.
Obtain tax certificates and debt certificates from various tax agencies.
Serve as primary contact for external annual financial audit process.
Assist Finance & Administration Director in monthly and quarterly internal financial reporting process, quarterly Rolling Forecast (RF) and annual financial budget.
Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS) in Accounting or Business Administration (BBA) from four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking Spanish and English. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine report narratives and correspondence. Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, suppliers, guests, and customers.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 apps, Internet skills and QuickBooks accounting software.
Technologically skilled to develop or produce automated dashboard metrics, statistics or reports.
Quick learning skills for the use of new technology and internal company apps management.
Writing, mathematical, oral communication and grammar skills.
Ability to work efficiently under time constraint situations.
Strong capability to establish good interpersonal relationships and interact effectively with people.
Able to exercise good judgment in special/critical situations.
Available to work remotely and on-site and flexible hours.
Professional certification in accounting or related field
Familiarity with local and federal tax regulations
Experience in budgeting and forecasting

A reasonable estimate for this position is US$40,000-US$50,000. Salary depends on experience.
