At Intwo we're looking for a Project Manager - Dynamics 365 to join our team.
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Project Manager to lead the successful implementation of D365FO, D365BC and D365CE projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP project management, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics 365, and will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget. This role requires collaboration with stakeholders, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring business objectives are met through seamless implementations.
Lead the end-to-end implementation of D365FO, D365BC and D365CE projects. From planning to go-live and post-implementation support.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with client expectations and business needs.
Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement strategies to ensure success.
Manage client engagement and lead workshops to define business requirements. Ensure these requirements are captured in relevant documents and Azure DevOps.
Ensure compliance with project governance, methodologies, and best practices. Conduct regular status meetings and provide weekly reports to stakeholders.
Manage change requests and scope variations effectively, ensuring the project's profitability meets the targets.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external vendors for smooth execution.
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams to understand and resolve challenges.
Lead the team in Conference Room Pilots to present the D365 solution to clients.
Review project deliverables to ensure quality.
Monitor and review timesheets of project team members periodically.
Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive measures and timely resolution of customer issues.
Maintain productive relationships with internal and client teams, delivering exceptional client service.
Manage internal systems and central repository for project status, resource plans, financial updates, time submissions and approvals, and expense reports.
8+ years of experience in the IT industry with 5+ years of experience managing D365 F&O implementation projects.
Proven experience in end-to-end project lifecycle management from initiation to post-go-live support.
Experience in Manufacturing Domain or ERP Implementation of Manufacturing Module is desirable.
Experience in Succes by Design implementation methodologies.
Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
Hands-on experience in Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or similar project management tools.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in multi-country or multi-entity D365 F&O implementations.
Knowledge of Power Platform, Power BI, and Microsoft Cloud Ecosystem.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Dutch.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Information Technology/Computer Science, Or Masters in Business Administration.
Experience in working with third-party integrations, ISVs, and Microsoft partners is a plus.
Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain and Manufacturing business processes is a plus.
