About the job
Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for Microsoft Dynamics 36 who would love to work in an international environment? In this role, you’ll lead full end-to-end implementations of D365FO, D365BC, and D365CE – from initial planning to go-live and post-implementation Hypercare. Your leadership ensures smooth delivery, satisfied clients, and a motivated team.
What you’ll do? You’ll be the key link between clients, project teams, and stakeholders. You'll facilitate workshops, define business requirements, and translate them into clear deliverables, all managed and tracked through Azure DevOps – fully aligned with Microsoft’s Success-by-Design methodology.
You’ll manage scope, budget, risks, and timelines, while keeping communication open and expectations aligned. You bring structure, clarity, and momentum to every project phase – including Conference Room Pilots and UATs.

Must have
8+ years of experience in the IT industry, with 5+ years of experience managing Dynamics 365 projects.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering/information technology/computer science, Or Masters in Business Administration.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Dutch.
Proven experience in end-to-end project lifecycle management: from initiation to post-go-live support.
Experience in Succes by Design implementation methodologies.
Understanding of Finance, Supply Chain and Manufacturing business processes
Hands-on experience in Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or similar project management tools.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in multi-country or multi-entity D365 implementations.
Knowledge of Power Platform, Power BI, and Microsoft Cloud Ecosystem.
Nice to have
Experience in working with third-party integrations, ISVs, and Microsoft partners.
Experience in Manufacturing Domain or ERP Implementation with Discrete and process Manufacturing.
