Professional Consultant
Embark on a transformative carer with Intwo, a global Azure Expert MSP organization, as Professional Consultant. San Juan, Puerto Rico has an immediate full time opening for a Professional Consultant specializing in networking, perimeter security network, unified communications, datacenter and computing. The position holder is responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing comprehensive IT solutions tailored to client needs in the day to day according position duties, both remotely, and on site.
This position involves leading teams, effectively utilizing resources, and collaborating closely with the customer's Project Liaison to ensure successful project outcomes Additionally, the consultant addresses complex issues by resolving escalated incidents and provides mentorship within the organization, fostering innovation and enhancing the capabilities of field consultants.
Analyze and design project solutions per pre-sales configurations and guidelines.
Perform project solution technical modeling, analysis, and planning.
Ensure all technical aspects of implementing the solution meet the project’s requirements.
Report any oversight, error, or omission in the original design by the pre-sales team to the project coordinator or manager.
Complete and deliver all required documentation during and at the end of the project.
Troubleshoot any incident or problem escalated by an Incident Handler due to time constraints or resolution complexity.
Help identify risks and issues and assist in their prompt resolution.
Write and update SOPs, protocols or Best Practices to standardize discovery, implementation, maintenance, or troubleshooting procedures.
Mentor other consultants to encourage knowledge and skill development across the team.
Lead or participate in Communities of Practice to implement learning, innovation, and mentoring within the Knowledge Management Practice.
Work under the guidance and direction of the Service Coordinator, Project Coordinator or Project Manager.
Document all technical interactions, periodic status reports, informal communications, and deliverables in the operations management platform.
Comply with established policies and processes.
Assume the role of Technical Leader when assigned to a project.
Serve as a Second-Level Support escalation resource when assigned to a ticket or dispatched by the Service Desk.
Maintain organized documentation in the Content Management System for all project-related materials.
Interface with the customer’s liaison without internal coordinator or manager assistance unless strictly necessary.
Assist or assigned in special projects/duties, as necessary, related to the position.
Qualifications
To perform this job, an individual must be able to perform each primary responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are presentative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering, with at least two years of experience. Alternatively, an associate degree with 3–5 years of IT-related experience and/or training
Experience in routine installation and operational tasks in Network and Security, Unified Communications, Datacenter, and Computing technologies
Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish and English.
Ability to interpret technical documents and write reports or correspondence.
Effective communication with groups of customers, and co-workers.
This job includes supervisory responsibilities when acting as a group leader.

Knowledge Requirements
Proficiency in tools like ConnectWise, IT Glue, OpManager or equivalents.
Comprehensive understanding of hardware architecture and components in networking, security, and Unified Communication, including LANs, WANs, Internet, intranets, application servers, PBX, Call Centers, and other data communications systems.
Competence in managing and troubleshooting cloud and security technologies and business-critical applications.
Competence in managing and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows operating systems, servers and computing.
Experience in providing customer support across diverse environments.
The individual must maintain up-to-date technical certifications as required by Intwo based on commitments to technological partners.
Knowledge of networking security topics and Contact Center components is desirable.
Computer proficient in Microsoft Office 365 apps, Internet and QuickBooks Accounting Software.

Valid passport for travel outside Puerto Rico.
Service will be performed on site and remotely, from Puerto Rico (a USA Territory).

A reasonable estimate for this position is US$40,000-US$50,000. Salary is based on location and depends on experience.
