About the job

Are you a Functional Consultant with a passion for optimizing supply chain processes using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, who would love to work in an international environment? In this global-facing role, you’ll design, implement, and fine-tune D365 F&O solutions that empower businesses to make data-driven decisions – with a strong focus on Supply Chain Management.

You’ll report to our Global Consultancy Director (Dubai) and the BizApp Lead (Netherlands), while collaborating closely with international clients and delivery teams across borders. From strategy to go-live, you play a key role in delivering impactful digital transformation.

What you’ll be doing

• Own the full lifecycle of D365 F&O implementations – from process workshops to testing, training, data migration and go-live support.

• Translate business needs into tailored D365 Supply Chain solutions by leading hands-on workshops and creating clear documentation (as-is/to-be).

• Be the bridge between customers and our development teams – ensuring that business requirements are clearly understood and delivered smoothly.

• Train and empower users during UAT and go-live phases, helping teams adopt and succeed with the solution.

• Lead roll-outs, especially for our Dutch clients, and provide ongoing support to maximize customer success.

• Support pre-sales alongside Account Managers – from gathering requirements and creating demos to contributing to proposals and presentations.

• Occasionally take the stage at customer events hosted by Intwo or Microsoft, co-presenting alongside our sales team.

Candidate Requirements

Must-Have

• HBO/Bachelor work and thinking level with 5+ years of experience in a similar role.

• Certification in relevant Supply chain management modules of D365 F&O.

• Proven expertise in Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Finance modules within D365 F&O.

• Experience with international ERP implementations.

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Dutch.

• Willingness to travel within and outside the Netherlands.

• Strong learning mindset with a commitment to staying updated on emerging technologies.

• Positive attitude, teamwork ethos, and ability to work effectively in an international setting.

• Solid business acumen and sensitivity to commercial needs.s.

 Nice-to-Have

• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform.

• Certification in relevant Finance modules of D365 F&O

• Understanding of Microsoft SQL Server.

• Previous experience in pre-sales activities and solution demonstrations.
