This is where you come in..

You are going to help customers design and implement proactive IT systems that integrate data silos and allow people to make better decisions. You will do this with other members of our staff, because we believe that together we will make it reality! Besides that, you will capture business requirements and facilitate the implementation of the Finance and Supply Chain, and as applicable other modules and addons in Dynamics 365 Business Central. You report locally to the Sales Director Europe, and globally to the head of Consultancy in Dubai.

How does a workday look like..

• You start the day with a cup of coffee and check in with the Sales Director Europe to set your goals for the week and see what new clients we can help.
• Then you drive your car to a (potential) client for a consultation.
• You work through several implementation stages ranging from business process workshops, conference room pilots, unit testing, training, user acceptance tests, cut-over strategies, data migration and Go Live-Support
• After the meeting with the client, it is important to check if there are any updates from your colleagues, maybe you can still reach your coworker in Dubai before he leaves the office (since it is 2 hours later).
• Now you’re at home again. Checking your mail and seeing if you've got a response from another potential client, hopefully you can demonstrate the product or scope of the project and do cool POC.  

Some other aspects of this role..

• Documenting as-is and to-be processes with accurate and detailed scoping documents (Business Process Analysis)
• Liaising with developers and clients to act as a point of communication and coordination
• Using your knowledge of Quality Assurance & Documentation
• Using your experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of BC
• Celebrating success together! 

We need you to have..

• 3-6 years Dynamics NAV/Business Central consulting experience, primarily with exposure towards implementation of the application

• Bachelor ‘s Degree / Master’s degree in Finance or Equivalent.

• A strong understanding of the features of Microsoft Dynamics NAV or BC

• (Some) experience with pre-sales, product demonstrations and finance concept. Supply Chain knowledge can be an added advantage.

• A certification in Finance Modules of Business Central and other relevant Microsoft certifications.

• Excellent organizational and inter-personal skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks and assignments

• Great verbal and written communication skills in English, and preferably Dutch.

• Microsoft SQL Server understanding is preferred

• Ability to create high quality functional documentation and strong business analysis skills
