Customer Success Manager
You create success for our largest enterprise customers by mapping the Intwo service portfolio and consultancy to their specific business needs over the duration of the customer relationship. This involves all commercial, technical and communicational aspects as the lead representative from Intwo towards our clients. Fostering a strong relationship and bringing value proactively with all Customers through regular catchups, addressing challenges and working with internal Intwo departments, will be key to customer retention, renewals, upsells and cross-sells as well as mutual win-win situations for all stakeholders.
We care more about attitude and drive than the degree, But a Bachelor’s Degree(HBO) or Masters Degree(WO) in Business administration or Information Technology is a plus.
You’re able to handle both technical and communicational items.
